Installation and Maintenance Notes
- Switch off the engine and let it cool. Close the fuel shutoff valve if fitted.
- Place a drain pan under the filter housing, and open the housing according to the service manual.
- Remove the old filter and any used seals, and discard them. Do not reuse old filters or seals.
- Clean the inside of the housing, and check the sealing surfaces.
